Added RD3000F09 recovery & uart mode unlocking. if u tick on emergency and unlock with selecting model rd3000 you have to enter firmware for example for RD3000 F09 version phone you have to enter F09 and press OK

Added BootDetect for user who want to set emergency mode this will help it will continue try and at end you can see phone build version so u can confirm phone is in boot mode.
